Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. Spark gives you 1,000 emails every month with up to 3 mailboxes and 2,500 contacts. There's no credit card and no trial clock. Upgrade when you need more volume.

What counts as an email?

Each campaign or one-off email accepted for delivery to one recipient. Warmup emails never count, and neither do sends that fail.

Do I have to buy mailboxes from you?

No. Connect the Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailboxes you already have. Paid plans include unlimited mailboxes.

How is it so much cheaper than Instantly or Smartlead?

We charge for one thing: the emails you send. We don't bundle a lead database or AI credits into the price, and we don't cap your contacts on paid plans. You pay for sending, and sending is what we do.

Will my emails land in the inbox?

No tool can promise that. Placement depends on your domain, mailboxes, list and copy. Mailnitrix handles the parts software can: warmup, slow and random sending, rotation, per-mailbox limits and backing off the moment a provider pushes back.

What happens when I reach my monthly emails?
