What counts as an email?
Each campaign or one-off email accepted for delivery to one recipient. Warmup emails don't count, and neither do sends that fail before they're accepted.
What happens when I use up my monthly emails?
On paid plans you can keep sending at your plan's rate per 1,000 extra emails, or move to a bigger plan. If you'd rather not, campaigns pause and pick up again when your allowance renews.
Do unused emails roll over?
No. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Is there a refund policy?
Your first payment on any paid plan is refundable within 14 days if Mailnitrix isn't right for you. See the refund policy for details.
Do I need to buy mailboxes or leads from you?
No. You connect the Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailboxes you already own and upload your own contact lists.
How many mailboxes do I need?
A safe pace for cold email is roughly 30 to 40 emails per mailbox per day. 20,000 emails a month works out to about 15 to 25 mailboxes; the cost calculator shows the numbers for your volume.
Is cold email legal?
Business-to-business cold email is legal in most countries when you follow the rules: an honest sender and subject, a way to opt out, and respect for opt-outs. Our acceptable use policy explains what's allowed on Mailnitrix.
