Hi {{first_name}},
Saw that {{company}} is hiring SDRs in {{city}}. Most teams we talk to are paying for contacts they never email.

Import
Your list, exactly as you meant it.
Upload CSV or Excel, match your columns and decide how duplicates are handled. Afterwards you see every row that was added and every row that was skipped, with the row number and the reason.
- CSV, .xlsx and .xls up to 10 MB and 100,000 rows
- Discard duplicated rows (on by default) or duplicate emails
- Clear reasons for every skipped row
- Files are read in memory and never stored
Import summary · leads-q4.xlsx
Example
- Rows in file12,480
- Added11,906
- Duplicate rows skipped402
- Invalid email addresses137
- Rows without an email35
The file is read in memory and discarded. Only the rows you import are kept.
Personalise
Every column is a variable.
Write {{first_name}}, {{company}} or any other column from your file. First and last names are split from a full name automatically.
- Variables in the subject line and the body
- Empty values are left blank, never shown as braces
- Paste a raw email (Gmail's "Show original") to reuse its design
- Rotate several templates in one campaign

Hi Maria, loved what Contoso is doing in Pune.
Control
Stay in charge while it runs.
Scheduled launches
Pick a start time. The campaign starts on its own, planned against your mailboxes' capacity at that moment.
Edit leads mid-flight
Fix a typo or remove someone without stopping the campaign. Already-emailed leads stay locked.
Pause and resume
Pause any time. Resume and it continues from where it stopped, re-spaced so nothing bursts.
One-off emails
Send a single email from any connected mailbox, within the same limits, and find it in your sent history.
Also included
- Follow-up sequences with per-step delays
- Reply detection that stops the sequence
- One-click unsubscribe handling
- A unified inbox for every mailbox
FAQ
Campaign questions.
Which file types can I import?
CSV, Excel (.xlsx) and older Excel (.xls) files up to 10 MB and 100,000 rows. You map the columns yourself, so any layout works as long as there's an email column.
How are duplicates handled?
You choose. Discarding duplicated rows is on by default, so a row that's identical to an earlier one is skipped. Discarding duplicate emails is off by default; turn it on to keep only the first row for each address.
Do you keep my uploaded files?
No. Files are read in memory and thrown away. Only the rows you import are saved, and you can edit or delete them at any time.
What happens to a variable that's empty for a lead?
It's left blank rather than showing curly braces in the email. Write sentences that still read well without it, or clean the column before importing.
Can I change leads after a campaign starts?
Yes. Edit or remove leads that haven't been emailed yet, even while the campaign runs. Leads that were already emailed are locked so your history stays accurate.
