We want you to be confident trying a paid plan. Here's exactly how refunds work.

14-day refund on your first payment

If Mailnitrix isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment on any paid plan, monthly or yearly, and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal payments aren't refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you keep access to your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

Extra emails

Charges for extra emails beyond your plan's allowance are for emails that have already been sent, so they aren't refundable.

Exceptions

Accounts suspended or closed for breaking our acceptable use policy aren't eligible for a refund.

How to ask

Email support@mailnitrix.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
